New York City is busy this week with Bridal Fashion Week. Many buyers, boutique owners, wedding planners and stylist are running from show to show.
One major show, everyone showed up for, was BERTA. the namesake line was inspired by Milan, the fashion and design capital. This season, brides to be will see silk in the collection, daring cuts and mix of handmade embellishments and embroidery.
The collection will give you the modern and contemporary feel of Milan. Let us check out some of my favorite looks of that graced the runway.

The sole designer of the fashion house is Berta Balilti, a Shenkar College of design graduate. Berta founded her namesake brand in 2004. Her collections are considered among the most praised and anticipated in the fashion world. According to the likes of countless celebrities, media mavens, stylists and industry insiders, Berta is considered today as one of the world’s top-notch designers for bridal and evening wear.
